Shipping Policy
Handling Time
Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Transit and Delivery Time
Estimated timelines below include typical transit only. Delivery time equals handling plus transit.

During peak periods, processing or carrier transit can take a few extra days. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Order Modifications or Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders move to processing and cannot be changed. For help, email [email protected]. Please include your order number and the change you need.
2. Defective Item Replacement or Refund
If you receive an item that is defective or significantly not as described, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. A product qualifies if:
- The item differs greatly from the description or preview shown before ordering.
- The item is damaged due to a manufacturing issue or in transit.
- The item received is not the one you ordered.
You do not need to return a defective item. If possible, donate it to someone who can use it. Requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery. The item should be unused and unwashed.
How to request a replacement or refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue and a short description.
- For printing errors, images that clearly show the problem.
- For print size or placement issues, include a ruler or tape measure in the photo.
- Your complete delivery address.
We review each claim carefully. If approved, we send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, we issue a full refund including applicable shipping fees.
3. Customer Remorse Returns
If you changed your mind or the item does not fit, you can request a return within 30 days from delivery. Customers cover return shipping in these cases. After approval and receipt of the return, we issue a store voucher for your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 2 months.
Acceptable reasons include changed mind, size did not work, no longer needed, or ordered the wrong variant.
Required conditions for returning items
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original packaging and protective materials.
- Tags and labels must be attached and in original condition.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional days to post the funds. If you do not see the refund after this period, contact your bank, then email us.
5. Items Ineligible for Return
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
- Damage caused by customer misuse or improper care.
- Products returned without contacting support first.
- Items that have been worn or used.
- Products without tags or that have been washed.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, color, or style, follow the same return steps. Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. Replacement ships after the original item is received and inspected.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to activate. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If your order has not arrived past the estimated window, contact us for assistance.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. An order confirmation email includes your shipping address. Review it and contact us within 12 hours if it needs correction. If an incorrect address delays delivery, we will email you for confirmation. If we do not receive a reply within 5 days, we process a refund instead.
If a package returns to sender due to an incorrect address, we can reprint and resend after address confirmation with the new shipping cost covered by the customer, or issue a refund for the product only.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 15 business days for US orders or 21 business days for international orders while in transit. If the carrier has not marked the package as delivered, we will reprint and reship at no cost once you contact us with your order number.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, open a non-receipt case with the carrier and send us the case number. If it is still not delivered within 10 business days after the case is opened, we will reprint and resend your order at no cost.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable, we will:
- Ship available items in your order as normal.
- Email you about the unavailable item and offer two options:
- Choose a different size or color of the same design.
- Request a refund for the unavailable item.
- If there is no reply within 5 business days, we issue a refund for the unavailable item and related shipping cost.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your local government. These fees are not collected by Piemere and are non-refundable. Customs inspections can cause delays outside our estimates. Provide a valid local phone number and email to assist delivery. To avoid delays, ensure payment information and shipping details are complete and accurate.
