How do I place my order?

Select your preferred style, choose size and color, then tap Add to Cart and follow checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We produce each shirt to order and keep you updated until it ships.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders leave our facility within 1 to 3 business days. Typical transit times:

  • United States and countries with local fulfillment hubs: about 3 to 7 business days
  • Other international destinations: about 7 to 15 business days

My tracking number is not working

Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier. Check again later. If there is no movement after this window, contact the carrier or email us and we will help.

I need help with a late order

If your order has not arrived after the estimates above, we are here to assist. As a guideline, contact us if:

  • Domestic delivery shows no movement for 7 business days
  • International delivery shows no movement for 14 business days

If your order surpasses 15 business days for domestic or 21 business days for international, email [email protected] so we can investigate and make it right.

How secure is my personal information?

Checkout is protected with SSL encryption. We use a secure payment processor and do not store full credit card numbers. Access to customer data is limited to trained staff for support and fulfillment only. Your privacy and security matter to us.
