Tracking status guide

  • Processing — we are preparing your item
  • Shipped — carrier has the package
  • Out for Delivery — arriving today
  • Delivered — check mailbox, porch, mailroom or reception

Quick tips

  • Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after handoff to the carrier
  • Typical transit: United States 3 to 7 business days, International 7 to 14 business days
  • If there is no scan for several days, see the help section below
